Spanish sardines pasta is a light, delicious 30-minute meal that the whole family will love! And bonus, it's healthy and so simple to make too!
While I thought it was impossible to add another favorite pasta recipe to my repertoire, I was proven wrong by this dish. This easy Spanish sardines pasta is now a favorite in our house and has been added to the "I must make this on a regular basis" dinner rotation. It's light yet satisfying and the combination of flavors can't be beat.
While my recipe calls for Spanish sardines, that's not totally necessary. Spanish sardines can be a little tricky to find in your regular grocery store, so replacing them with a regular can or jar of regular sardines in oil is completely fine.
All of the other ingredients are easy to find and you probably have most of them in your pantry already.
π Fun Fact: Sardines provide one of the highest levels of healthy omega-3's, with 2 grams per 3-oz serving, and lowest levels of mercury - of any fish! They're also great for your bone health too, with lots of calcium and vitamin D.

My grandma used to make this for my dad when he was growing up. I'm going to make it for him this weekend. Thank you!
