Parfaits are one of my favorite things to have for breakfast…and dessert! And they can all be made in just a few minutes!

These parfait recipes are so creamy and delicious, with different textures and flavors. Yummy Greek yogurt or pudding, sweet fruit, crunchy granola, and oh yeah, whipped cream! How could you not love them? Here’s a list of recipes I’ve come up with that I’m sure you’ll enjoy! The banana pudding is a twist on a classic, while the rest are all originals I’ve created myself. Let us know which one is your favorite!

All of these recipes can be made in just a few minutes, or you can make them the night before and have a delicious breakfast in the morning!

The size of the parfait is up to you! You’ll notice that except for the Tropical Strawberry Mango & Chocolate Raspberry Mousse, I do not give amounts for the recipes. That’s because the size of the recipe is up to you! If you like more granola, add more granola…if you like more berries, add more berries! I do guarantee, however, that all of these combinations are mouthwateringly delicious!

Granola

A few of these recipes include granola. You can always buy some at the store, but my recipe is so easy to make yourself! All you’ll need are oats, your favorite nuts, honey, olive oil, and vanilla extract. Simply spread all dry ingredients over a baking sheet in an even layer, drizzle with olive oil & honey, and bake at 300℉ for about 30 minutes. Let it cool completely and store in a container in the fridge for weeks.
