"In the summertime, when the weather is hot..." ~Mungo Jerry
Whew, it is hot out there today! We're in the middle of summer and the sun is blazing bright, shining its hot rays down on us, warming our skin, making us sweat, leaving us searching for the nearest and quickest way to cool off. While jumping in a pool or lake would be nice, that's not always possible. So we need other, better ways to find refreshment.
Well, don't you worry...I'm going to show you how to make these easy 2-ingredient popsicles that are refreshing, sweet, healthy, and absolutely delicious!
One of the best things to eat on a hot summer day is watermelon. Am I right or am I right? But what if that watermelon could be even more refreshing?
The answer is to turn that fruit into a popsicle! Add some cool mint to the mix & the refreshing flavor is just amazing!
All summer long, I keep these popsicles in the freezer. It's so quick & easy to mix up a batch and then you'll always have one freezing cold, to cool you off on a hot day.
And not only are they refreshing and delicious, but these popsicles are also naturally sweet, without no additional sweeteners needed!
Watch the video below & you'll be mixing up a batch today!
