Caesar Dressing

Caesar dressing is so delicious and unbelievably easy to make in just a few minutes, you'll never buy it at the supermarket again!
Total Time5 mins
Servings: 2 main course salads (or 4 side salads)

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1-½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¾ c mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste (or 2 fillets, mashed)
  • ½ c Parmigiano-Reggiano, finely grated
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

  • In a bowl, whisk together lemon, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add mayonnaise and whisk again until smooth and creamy.
  • If you’re using anchovy fillets, mash them well with a fork until they’re nearly reached a paste consistency. You want it to mix well throughout all of the dressing. If you’re using anchovy paste, skip this step.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix everything together well with a spoon.
  • Add freshly ground pepper to taste.
  • Serve and enjoy!
