My Pesto Recipe

My twist on a classic pesto recipe will be your new favorite! That’s because I’ve changed just a couple ingredients to create a scrumptious sauce you’ll want to eat warm or cold any day of the week.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh basil
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup shredded Locatelli (or Parmesan)
  • ¼ cup walnuts (or pine nuts)
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor & mix for 30 seconds.
  • That’s it! Spoon over pasta & enjoy!
