Virgin Strawberry Mojito
In a small saucepan, combine ⅛ cup honey and ¼ cup sparkling water, simmer for two minutes, and let cool. Then, add strawberries and lemon juice to a glass and muddle together (if you’d like to add some mint or basil as an additional flavor, add these now and muddle together with strawberries). Add cooled honey mixture and top with 7 ounces sparkling water. Add ice cubes, stir, and garnish with additional strawberries and slice of lemon. Enjoy!
- Tip for the virgin strawberry mojito: Any sparkling water will work well in this refreshing strawberry mojito mocktail, but if you'd like to always have some handy, we recommend getting yourself a SodaStream. We use ours every day and absolutely love it!
Please drink responsibly.
