I’ve created these 6 recipes that are guaranteed to change your mind about smoothies and make you a fan! Whether you enjoy tropical fruits or something a little more toned down, whether you have fresh ingredients or frozen fruit, I’ve got a recipe for you! Simply add all ingredients to a blender and mix for about 30 seconds. Enjoy!
Pretty in pink
Pretty In Pink is pleasantly sweet with fruit, but also has a dose of protein too with peanut butter. I chose chunky peanut butter because I enjoy the additional texture, but use smooth if that's what you prefer.
- ½ banana
- ½ peach

- 1 c milk

Blue Heaven has a subtle sweetness with a blend of fruits, juice, and Greek yogurt. It's really refreshing on a hot summer day.

Nutty breakfast
Nutty Breakfast is a lightly sweet combination of fruit and ground pistachio nuts. It has a smooth base of milk and just a hint of honey.
